MULTIS COMPLEX EP2

High temperature lithium grease with extreme pressure additives for all difficult automotive or industrial uses, in conditions of high temperatures and heavy loads. Operating range -20°C to +160°C. Excellent levels of mechanical and thermal stability. Very good anti-wear and extreme pressure characteristics. Enables maintenance costs to be reduced through permanent or long-term lubrication.

MULTIS EP00

Multi-functional extreme-pressure grease for lubricating all bearings, slides and racks subjected to heavy loads and shocks. Good behaviour in the presence of water.

MARSON EPL 2A

MARSON EPL greases is a series of versatile lubricating greases that can be used in a wide range of industrial and mobile equipment applications. Their extreme pressure capacity and water resistance make it suitable for automobile, truck, agricultural and heavy duty construction/mining equipment lubrication. Their thermal stability and structural integrity make it ideal for industrial applications such as machine tools, manufacturing equipment, motor bearings, process equipment and many other types of machinery.
MARSON EPL greases are available in five grades. The NLGI 2 grade is the most frequently recommended grade and is used for most applications. NLGI 1 and 0 grades are recommended for cold weather applications or centralized (automatic) greasing systems. The NLGI 0 grade is also ideal for crawler equipment track rollers. The 000 grade contains a heavier base oil and it is designed for underground mining gear boxes. The 000 grade reduces leakage in gear cases where conventional gear oils would leak out such as in vertically mounted gear boxes.

LICAL EP2

LICAL EP 2 is a multi purpose extreme pressure grease, formulated for the lubrication of all kinds of industrial applications, operating in wet and dusty and/or dry conditions.
LICAL EP 2 is also suitable as EP multi purpose grease, in “off road” applications where water is in frequent contact with the grease, e.g. Pin-bushings, crown, and caterpillar wheels on excavators.
Always avoid contamination of the grease by dust and/or dirt when applying. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.
Because of its true Multi Purpose character LICAL EP 2 may replace a wide range of greases, allowing stock rationalization and simplification of maintenance.
Forms a durable lubrication film, resulting in reduction of maintenance and down-time costs.
Miscible with most other conventional soap greases.
Excellent mechanical stability avoiding ejection or loss of consistency during operation.
Excellent adhesion to metal.
Good thermal stability, leading to high resistance to temperature variations.
LICAL EP 2 does not contain lead, or other heavy metals considered harmful to human health and the environment.
