MICHELIN ENERGY E3A
The Michelin Energy E3A is a balanced summer tyre and a good all round performer, but perhaps a little more noisy than some other tyres. According to testers the Michelin Energy E3A is an excellent all-around tyre, with good traction and comfort, low to medium noise level and long tyre life. Grip decreases somewhat in wet and cold conditions, but the tyre is hard wearing and provides good economy and excellent mileage.

MICHELIN PILOT EXALTO 2
The Michelin Pilot Exalto 2 is an ultra high performance tyre for small sports cars that use low profile tyres. It has been developed from Michelin's involvement with the World Rally Championship (WRC). The Michelin Pilot Exalto 2 Extra Load uses VCP (Variable Contact Patch) Technology that increases the are of tread on the ground which leads to greater traction when cornering. The tyres centre rib helps reduce noise both in and out of the car. The Michelin Pilot Exalto 2 Extra Load has BAZ (Banded at Zero) technology, that stabilizes the tread area to enhance handling and high speed cornering. The tyre has an asymmetrical design to increase water dispersal and reduce the risk of aquaplaning. The Michelin Pilot Exalto 2 Extra Load has been develop to satisfy the after sales tuning market and allows for higher weight capacity.

The Pilot Sport molds Michelin's Advanced Technology tread compound into one of two designs. While all Pilot Sport tires feature a continuous circumferential center rib flanked by directional tread patterns, tires in sizes of up to 265 millimeters of section width feature a "V"-shaped pattern, while tires of 275 millimeters of section width and wider feature a "W"-shaped tread pattern. The continuous center rib sharpens steering response and provides communicative road feel while the swept back lateral grooves efficiently evacuate water from under the contact patch to resist hydroplaning and enhance wet traction while reducing tire noise on dry roads. The tire's structure includes two belts made of high-tensile, lightweight steel cords which are further reinforced by size-optimized, spirally wrapped nylon cord utilizing BAZ (Banded At Zero) Technology to improve quick steering response and resist distortion while they enhance ride quality and high-speed durability. Ultra-reinforced sidewalls promote powerful cornering, while Michelin's cable beads help maintain the ideal shape of a running tire for better tire/wheel uniformity.
